Purchase Notes

ꕥ 有關材料品質

- 天然石、淡水珍珠、貝殼等都是天然材料，如有輕微不同紋理、色澤、形狀是正常情況；

- 捷克玻璃珠為手工珠，如有輕微不同紋理、色澤、形狀是正常情況；

- 大部份金屬部份為銅鍍18k金，不使用任何易變色合金材料，鍍金層比較厚，保色較果好；

ꕥ Regarding material quality

- Natural stones, freshwater pearls, shells, etc. are all natural materials, and it is normal to have slightly different textures, colors, and shapes;

- Czech glass beads are handmade beads, it is normal to have slightly different texture, color and shape;

- Most of the metal parts are copper plated with 18k gold, do not use any easy-to-change alloy materials, the gold-plated layer is thicker, and the color retention is better;

- 本店所手飾品都是人手用心製作，人手製作沒有百份百完美；

- 製作需時，請大家耐心等候；

- 網上照片難以避免色差等問題，本店已將圖片顏色調至最接近實物；

- 對品質嚴格者，請到寄賣店自行選購實物；

- All handmade accessories in our shop are made by hand, and handmade is not 100% perfect;

- For those who are strict in quality, please go to the consignment store or store to buy the real thing;

- 本店為一人小店，大部份時間只有店主工作，如有不便，敬請諒解。

ꕥ 保留收據可享有一個月保養，可先在Instagram聯絡我們；

ꕥ Keep the receipt for one month warranty, you can contact us on instagram ;

ꕥ 如過了一個月保養期，客人亦可付保養費用於本店進行保養；

ꕥ If the one-month maintenance period has passed, the customer can also pay the maintenance fee for maintenance in our shop;

ꕥ 請注意當中不包括變色或任何人為上的損壞；

ꕥ Please note that this does not include discoloration or any man-made damage ;

ꕥ 本店不接受任何退款或退貨；

ꕥ Step.Accessories does not accept any refunds or returns ;

ꕥ 進行維修必須把損壞了的產品退回；

ꕥ The damaged product must be returned for repairs ;

ꕥ 可以使用郵寄，顧客需附上維修中的所有運費；

ꕥ It can return by mail , the customers should attach all the freight in the repair.
