若怕寄失或不願意接受寄失風險，請選擇順豐到付/店鋪自取或到店購買現貨！！！！！！！

ꕥ All orders include local surface mail

< There is no tracking function for the local surface mail, the customer shall bear the risk of loss >

< 本店對平郵訂單不會作出補償，掛號除外>

< 本店不會逐一進行拍照及錄影，寄出只會向客人通知已寄出或更新網頁訂單狀態 >

< 如需照片，影片或單據作證明，必須在下單後，出貨前向本店提出 >

ꕥ 有關本地平郵：

- 出貨後送達時間：約三個工作天內 <詳情請查看香港郵局網站>

- 平郵：平郵沒有追蹤功能，顧客需承擔寄失風險

- 掛號：需另加$15掛號費，寄件後會收到寄件編號，可於郵局網站查件

- 所有以郵局寄出的貨品上都會貼上本店回郵地址，如有任何問題 <e.g. 常見問題: 地址不詳 >，貨品會退回本店

本店會在貨件退回後另外通知客人

ꕥ For local surface mail:

- Delivery time after shipment: about three working days <Please check the Hong Kong Post Office website for details>

- Surface mail: There is no tracking function for surface mail, and customers need to bear the risk of loss

- Registered mail: An additional registration fee of $15 will be charged. You will receive a mailing number after sending the item, which can be checked on the post office website

- All products sent by the post office will be affixed with the return address of our store on the post office. If there is any problem <e.g. FAQ: address unknown>, the goods will be unknown to our store. We will pay attention to the follow-up notice after the goods

ꕥ 顧客亦可選擇順豐到付，寄出後將會獲得運送編號，以便追蹤貨件

ꕥ Customers can also choose SF Express to pay, and they will get a shipping number after they are sent to facilitate tracking of the shipment

ꕥ 有關順豐到付：

- 出貨後送達時間：約兩個工作天內 <詳情請查看順豐網站>

- 建議使用順豐的客人下載順豐app, 貨品寄出後會有通知，以及方便自行查件

ꕥ About SF Express:

- Delivery time after shipment: about two working days <For details, please check the SF website>

- It is recommended that customers who use SF Express Pay on Delivery download the SF Express mobile app, check the shipment on the app, and the shipment will be notified immediately

ꕥ 有關客人自取：

- 客人可選擇到尖沙咀/荔枝角寄賣店自取；

- 訂單完成及送達店舖後，本店會whatsapp通知客人訂單已完成，可到店自取，請耐心等候；

- 如選擇到寄賣店取，請於一星期內到店自取；

- 所有自取訂單需提供聯絡人名稱及電話號碼。

ꕥ For self-pickup by guests:

- Guests can choose to pick up at the consignment store;

- After the order is completed and delivered to the store, the store will notify the customer on whatsapp that the order has been completed and can be picked up at the store, please wait patiently;

- If you choose to pick up at the consignment store, please pick up at the store within one week;

- Contact name and phone number are required for all self-pickup orders.

ꕥ 有關本店出貨：

- 貨品一般在訂單付款後5-7個工作天內寄出(不包括星期六日及公眾假期)，顧客可重新登入網頁查看訂單狀況。

如出貨需延遲超過 7 天，會另外通知客人 <一人小店，需視乎訂單數量及材料數量，一般不會超過7個工作天 >

- The goods are usually shipped within three days after the order is paid (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Customers can log in to the webpage again to check the order status.

- 如訂單為急單，請在下單前預先聯絡我們，並建議使用順豐到付。

- If the order is urgent, please contact us in advance before placing the order, and it is recommended to use SF Express.
